BACKGROUND
After working with a company who specialise in managing Housing of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) properties, Vine were mandated to financially develop the business, to scale the portfolio of property and support the growing demand for HMO property across the UK.
OPPORTUNITY
After a period of consultation, we helped to stabilise the company financially, by creating an investment model that was underpinned by government backed contracts. This model accepted private finance which generated healthy, double-digit returns over 2 years.
INVESTMENT METHOD
24-month investment term with a 15% per annum return (paid quarterly).
OUTCOME
Having invested into this project personally, Vine supported the continued growth of the company and development of the property portfolio. The capital raise is completed and the investment opportunity is closed. Vine remains a strategic partner within the company, performing a financial management and consultancy role supporting continued growth and development.
